01

Plan a month of useful ideas before you press record

The one-hour target is for a focused recording session—not for research, editing, legal review, and publishing. A little preparation keeps that hour from turning into a long stream of improvised takes. Choose a small set of themes tied to questions clients already ask and local knowledge you can explain confidently.

  • Choose four weekly themes, such as buying preparation, seller education, neighborhood context, and a client question.
  • Write a one-sentence takeaway for each video and three supporting points.
  • Prepare a simple opening line and a clear next step without promising an outcome.
  • Check that property details, client permissions, and brokerage requirements are current.
02

Run a practical 60-minute recording session

Use a quiet, well-lit space and a phone or camera you already know how to operate. Clear audio and a direct explanation matter more than an elaborate setup. Record several short takes rather than trying to deliver a perfect long monologue in one pass.

A sample session

Spend the first ten minutes checking framing and reviewing your talking points. Use the next forty minutes to record four to six short explanations, leaving a moment between takes for clean edits. Use the final ten minutes for a few alternate introductions, calls to action, and supporting shots of the market or workspace.

03

Let AI speed up production without flattening your voice

AI tools can transcribe footage, find strong short segments, draft captions, generate subtitles, and resize edits for different channels. A human editor or agent should still review the final cut, confirm names and property facts, correct the tone, and remove anything that could mislead viewers or expose private information.

One recording can support several formats: a short vertical clip, a longer educational video, a written FAQ, and a short caption for a business profile. Adapt each version to the channel instead of posting the same file and text everywhere without context.

04

Create a repeatable publishing rhythm

A monthly batch is useful only when the material reaches people consistently. Assign each clip a topic, market, owner, review status, and planned channel. Schedule around the questions your audience is likely to have that week, and leave room to respond to genuinely timely local developments.

05

Review conversations, not just views

Watch completion and saves when the platform provides them, but connect content to outcomes that matter locally: profile visits, thoughtful replies, requests for more information, and qualified conversations. If a clip attracts attention but no relevant follow-up, refine the topic or next step before recording another batch.

Protect client privacy, obtain permission for identifiable footage, and have the responsible broker review content when required. A repeatable workflow should make publishing easier without relaxing professional standards.

A few clear answers

Frequently asked questions

Can every real estate video be recorded in one hour?

A focused monthly recording session can capture several short videos, but topic planning, editing, review, and publishing take additional time. Treat one hour as a practical filming block, not a promise that all production work is complete.

Do brokers need a studio or expensive camera?

Not necessarily. Clear sound, steady framing, good light, and useful local information are a strong starting point. Invest in more equipment only when a specific production need justifies it.

Should AI publish real estate content without review?

No. An agent or designated reviewer should verify local facts, property details, permissions, brokerage requirements, and the final message before publishing.
